Annual Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • The Subscriber confirms to the subscriber terms & conditions of Facilitz Concierge Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • The Subscriber shall be a member of the Facilitz Concierge Service for a period of 1 (One) Year from the date of signing of the subscriber terms & conditions
  • The Subscription needs to be renewed at the end of one year at the prevalent market rates to continue services.
  • The subscription fee paid is non-refundable
  • In Case of shift of residence within City, the un-utilized service shall be rendered to the new residence based on the Facilitz scope.
  • In Case of transfer of subscription to the new residence, the subscription of the old residence stands cancelled.
  • Additional Amount needs to be paid for the increase in area of residence if applicable.
  • All Free Services are as per the definition and standardized process of the company as defined in the terms in our website and the welcome kit.
  • Any deviation or additional service requested by the subscriber shall attract additional charges, which shall be communicated before the service.
  • Any free service (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing & Computer Hardware) under this category will be a repair service only; not exceeding 120 minutes of On-site work.
  • The subscriber needs to lodge the Service Request through the web site App, through the website or official call Centre only. Any Direct call to the technician is considered breach of contract and can lead to the immediate termination of the subscription with immediate effect.
  • All Repair jobs are covered under warranty and any call for the same problem within the predefined time shall be free of cost.
  • All Warranties offered by Facilitz are only to the extent of service and labour cost. The warranty is not applicable on materials, spares, fittings, fixtures or any other device.
  • The standard terms & conditions of warranty are applicable for all warranty coverage which is mentioned in detail in the welcome kit and the website.
  • All Repair Service Requests shall be serviced within 120 minutes. In case of exceptional services, the time of arrival of the technician will be communicated in advance.
  • All Preventive Maintenance Service Request appointment needs to be fixed at-least 24 hours in advance.
  • The Service Time Guarantee shall not be applicable on Public Holidays, Bundh Days and Festival Days.
  • In case of breach of Service Time Guarantee by Facilitz, 25% of the labour/ Service Charge for that particular service call shall be reimbursed to the subscriber.
  • The 25% waiver shall be offered as discount for charged services and as a credit voucher for free service.
  • The Subscription is not transferrable, in case of transfer; the subscriber needs to formally communicate the new place of residence and after verification by Facilitz Team, Facilitz shall confirm service continuation.
  • Facilitz liability is restricted to the extent of Service Package amount only.
  • All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
  • All service charges attract applicable taxes from time to time.
  • The validity of this agreement is One year from the date of signing.
  • The user agrees to make the above payment through online payment mode to Facilitz Concierge Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • I(the user) have read and understood the subscriber terms & service terms & conditions of Facilitz Concierge Services Pvt. Ltd and agree to the same.
  • I(the user) understand that this is an annual subscription package and the amount will not be refunded.
  • The subscriber is further bound by the terms & conditions, which shall be communicated at the time of work order generation, which needs to be verified and signed before every service.

Service Terms & Conditions

  • It is the duty of the Client to verify the JOB ID card of the technician before allowing him inside the premises
  • The Client needs to monitor the activity of the technician for the entire duration of service.
  • If the client intends JOB to procure the spare parts for the services then it will be billed with the Facilitz service charge of 20% of MR
  • If the client intends JOB to hire any specific equipment for carrying out the service then it will be billed with the Facilitz service charge of 15% of equipment hire charges bill
  • All services undertaken by Facilitz technicians will carry a warranty period of one month from the date of service. Any re occurrence of the same issue will entitle the Client for a free service.
  • The warranty coverage will NOT be applicable for Preventive Maintenance Services
  • The warranty shall not be applicable in case the faulty spare part is not replaced on Client instruction.
  • The Client is requested to treat the technician with respect at all times during the service visit.
  • It is the responsibility of the technician to clean the place of service undertaken.
  • The technician shall bring all tools and consumables required for the service.
  • Tools are defined as " A device used to perform a particular service" and consumables are defined as " a commodity used frequently in association or to aid the main gadget to perform smoothly"
  • In general terms, consumables include: waste cloth, garbage bags, screws, oils, soap oils, chemicals to clean, cleaning cloth, Nail holder (Ghatta) and nails
  • Paint, polish, missing spares and anything not mentioned above are not considered as consumables.
  • In case the technician does not arrive within 120 minutes from the time of logging the complaint, please ensure he is informed immediately at the time of arrival. In case of any dispute, please call the call center to inform the delay. This will entitle the Client for a 25% discount on charged services and 25% credit voucher on free services. JOB Management decision is final for extending such discount or credit voucher.
  • The Client is expected to interact directly with the call Centre or Facilitz office directly for any service requests or warranty related issues. Calling the technician directly amounts to breach of contract and can entail termination of the subscription with immediate effect.
  • All payments can be made through online payment, cheque or credit / debit cards or cash. A receipt shall be issued for all payments made.
  • Any government levies and taxes shall be payable as applicable from time to time. JOB will provide List of holidays
  • The 120 minutes service guarantee applies to all repair service requests only and not on preventive maintenance calls.
  • All preventive maintenance calls will be serviced through pre fixed appointments, which needs to be confirmed atleast 24 hours in advance.
  • The Client needs to make the payment for the service availed immediately and no delay in payments will be entertained.
  • All cheque payments shall be in the name of "Facilitz Concierge Services Private Limited"
  • Proper receipts shall be issued from "Facilitz Concierge Services Private Limited" for all payments.
  • Facilitz Concierge Services employs trained, qualified and experienced technicians to carry out all services offered by JOB. In case of any instances where the technician is not able to carry out any activity due to complexity/ adversity, Facilitz, shall find a suitable team who can complete the job successfully. Clients are requested to co-operate in these instances, however, these situations are rare and won’t occur often.
  • All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
